Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled front of house manager Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages, and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. if you have positive Leadership, mixology skills, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive experience
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service of alcohol
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed
- Participate in training sessions to expand knowledge of mixology techniques and new drink recipes

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of various types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Familiarity with interviewing, catering, leadership, shift management, kitchen management, hospitality management, food service management, and food safety is a plus
