The Site Manager is responsible for directing the daily activities of the plant location, including labor scheduling, supervision, and proper utilization of space, equipment, and team members. The Site Manager provides general quality guidance to all managers and supervisors in accordance with established quality standards. Provide essential training and resources. Engages with cross-functional management team to improve quality and make sound decisions regarding quality issues. Ultimately responsible for team performance. Responsibility and authority to serve as an ISO-9000/AS Site Coordinator, ensuring the Quality System is established, implemented, improved, and maintained to current revision status at our other facilities. The Site Manager is accountable for the safe, efficient, and economical operation of the facility and equipment. |
