Quality Assurance Lead Assistant

Location: White

Shifts: 2nd & 3rd, Must have availability to work weekends, Overtime Required

Payrate: $17/hr to $18/hr

Responsibilities

• Utilize your manufacturing expertise to verify the operations of the quality department and ensure the accuracy of their reports.

• Lead by example and assist in completing the necessary paperwork and documentation for the shift.

• Work collaboratively with your team to meet our customers' needs while following our quality and safety rules.

• Take part in training programs to further develop your skills and knowledge in quality assurance.

• Be a key contributor to creating a safe and positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing and leadership roles is required.

• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
