You will also help us across our ES (Employee Success) teams data stack, as you help build out reports, dashboards, and provide our teams with data.The kind of person who will succeed has a proven ability to creatively solve problems, has a growth mindset, and has a get-it-done attitude.In This Role, You WillDrive G2s Compensation StrategyArticulates compensation philosophy across salary, bonus and equity that aligns with our talent density philosophyBuilds models to operationalize G2s international compensation strategy inclusive of job evaluations, pay bands and job leveling, market pricing, salary surveys, benchmarking and equity analysisEnables managers, Talent Acquisition and the Employee Success Business Partners (ESBPs) to effectively execute G2s compensation philosophy through documentation, education and practices.
