Job Summary:

Growing general contractor in the central coast area looking for an Assistant Construction Project Manager. Supports and coordinates with the Project Manager and Superintendent for large projects. Will also be assigned small projects to manage directly.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and distribute RFI’s
• Processing project submittals
• Preparing and processing change orders
• Maintains RFI, submittal, and change order logs
• Processing subcontracts and following up on required documentation
• Develop and maintain a schedule with the Superintendent
• Maintain and organize appropriate job files
• Ensure company policy, procedures, and standards are met
• Monthly Progress Billings/Invoices for multiple projects
• Monthly CTC (cost to complete) reporting
• Processing close out documents

Skills Required:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Experience using Viewpoint Procontractor, Procore, and Bluebeam highly preferred
• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective time management
• High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation:

Salary:

• $30 - $40 Hourly (DOE)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
