Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Education Director to oversee the educational programs and initiatives of our organization. The Education Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance student learning, managing a team of educators, and ensuring the overall success of our educational programs. Duties: - Develop and implement a comprehensive educational curriculum that aligns with organizational goals and objectives - Supervise and support a team of educators, providing guidance and professional development opportunities - Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and maintain educational standards and policies - Manage the budget for educational programs, ensuring resources are allocated effectively - Conduct regular evaluations of educational programs to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement - Oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans for curriculum development, instruction, assessment, and student support services - Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement, achievement, and well-being - Collaborate with community partners to enhance educational opportunities for students - Stay informed about current trends and best practices in education administration Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred - Proven experience working with students in a classroom setting - Demonstrated senior leadership experience in an educational setting - Strong management skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team - Experience in budgeting and resource allocation - Proficient in strategic planning and curriculum development - Knowledge of education administration principles and practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
