We have been in business for 10 years in IL and have over 1000 5 star reviews on Google. We operate under the business name of G & R Heating and Air and our head office is in Gilberts, IL. Techs take a van home with them though and are dispatched directly from their homes - we try to keep all techs as close as we possibly can to theirt home location. We service all of the NW suburbs. We are specifically looking to groom this individual for growth as the company grows. this person will be treated as a number one technician. We are looking for people with the following qualifications: History of success working with Residential and/or Light Commercial HVAC systems such as furnaces, boilers (if applicable) ,air conditioners and some sheet metal. Need to be able and willing to efficiently diagnose, service, repair, maintain furnaces and AC's. Good with customers Knows how to sell effectively Valid Driver's License Our pay is competitive and based on experience level - anywhere from: $25-$38 an hour plus bonuses and incentives.
