Servers:

Our servers will find ample opportunities to delight guests, introduce the popular GPub brand, and to be appreciated as team members at the GPub Plymouth.

Duties include:

• Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in a clean uniform.
• Prepare station for service prior to guest arrival, including the supplying of side stands, setting of and inspection of all tables for cleanliness, and correctness of settings.
• Must maintain a passing score on written and verbal food and beverage tests.
• Serve food and beverage items according to prescribed procedures.
• Monitor diners' satisfaction frequently and anticipate needs without requiring direction.
• Reset tables as needed.
• Properly obtain completed guest checks bearing all required information.
• Learn the names and personally recognize our regular guests.
• Attend all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvements.
• In addition, other duties may be required as directed by your manager.

Bartenders:

Our Bartenders will guide customers through our extensive beer, wine, and drink selection; upholding quality standards and ensuring compliance with all company and departmental policies and procedures.

Job Duties:

• Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in a clean uniform.
• Maintain all bar inventory.
• Maintain a clean and presentable bar and storeroom.
• Prepare fruits, garnishes, and mixers.
• Professionally and accurately mix alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Assist service staff with using the proper garnish and glass for each drink.
• Able to describe in detail the preparation and ingredients of all menu items, food and beverage.
• Perform cashier duties.
• In addition, other duties may be required as directed by your manager.
• Conduct training for all service staff on proper service and general beverage knowledge.
• Monitor proper storage, inventory, and security.
• Stay informed of all current trends in the beverage industry.
