Experienced Dental Assistant (Full Time)
Our busy dental practice is looking for the perfect candidate for a full time position as a dental assistant
You must UNDERSTAND the value of our patients and possess the motivation to deliver a great impression from their first phone call to the exit of their treatment. If you are looking for a great dental office where your contributions are valued, we look forward to reviewing your credentials.
MUST HAVE DENTAL ASSISTING EXPERIENCE !
-We have a stress-free, dental office with great patients and colleagues.
-Experienced candidates preferred but willing to train the right individual job duties to include:
-Genuinely friendly, upbeat personality, and a welcoming smile (we want to keep our positive work environment at all times so this is required)
-Highly Motivated
-Answering phones, scheduling/confirming appointments,verifying insurance, contacting insurance companies regarding patients
-Should be comfortable with all aspects of dentistry (cosmetic procedures, crown and bridge, root canals, oral surgery)
-Must handle and manage all aspects of Dental Assisting including sterilization of instruments and working areas
-Setting up operatories, pouring models and impressions.
-Lab tracking, inventory control/ordering,
-Must have excellent communication skills, excellent command of the English language,
-Knowledge in Spanish is a HUGE PLUS
-Team player and the ability to determine the needs of the doctor and take initiative.
-Proficient In Dentrix and Dexis digital x-rays preferred
-Troubleshooting technology as needed
-Special Projects as necessary
-Problem solving and ability to multi-task (VERY important)
-MUST know how to take X-Rays
