As a reservations and reception team member, we are looking for enthusiastic and proactive individuals who are able to assist in providing memorable experiences for our guest via phone, email and in person. We believe that the biggest factor in the success of a business is the quality of the people. So we work hard to find hospitality-driven individuals with a great attitude and a thirst for knowledge.

• Proficient in phone etiquette and familiar with phone system
• Previous experience in hotel, front desk, or guest services (Preferred)
• Strong hospitality background with a focus on customer satisfaction (Preferred)
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is desirable (Preferred)
• Japanese Bilingual Conversational and Writing Skills (Required)

DUTIES

• Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Assist guests with booking accommodations and special requests
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information
• Collaborate with sister properties to ensure a seamless guest experience

Offering a superb cuisine mix of American, European, Hawaiian and Pacific influences, inclusive of our tableside salad selection and flambe service. La Vie is located at The Ritz Carlton, by Fort DeRussy Park. We are a French-inspired restaurant open Monday - Saturday. Our service style includes table-side touches, multi-course curated experiences, and beverage pairings.

Quiora is also located at The Ritz Carlton. Quiora offers a standard breakfast, lunch, and pool service for the hotel, but their identity lives through dinner, which is Italian-inspired. It features open-air dining. At Quiora, the core of our menu revolves around the fresh artisan pastas made by hand every day, along with a beautiful selection of unique entrées, such as seasonal fish and house cut steaks, and Italian classics all perfect for sharing.
