The Custodian keeps the shop area and yard in clean, orderly condition.

Primary Duties:

• Cleans & Restocks Yard-Driver parking area, fuel island, and trailer parking
• Cleans shop office area, break areas, and wash stations
• Cleans drivers room in Operations & Bartonville
• Cleans and maintains wash bay
• Inspects, Maintains and Cleans shop equipment based on monthly schedules
• Cleans trucks as needed
• Maintains Operations storage room
• Shovels and salts area sidewalks when needed
• May be tasked with light painting duties
• May be tasked with light maintenance jobs as needed
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver’s license needed. Some travel to nearby locations to complete duties of job will be required.
• Experience operating a sit down fork truck is preferred. Selected candidate will be required to complete the in house fork truck training certification.
