This position will be for one of our CONTRA COSTA COUNTY or NORTH ALAMEDA COUNTY locations!

If so, G&C Auto Body is looking for top talent to join our growing Management Team. Auto Body experience is NOT a requirement, we will provide the auto body training!
Tenacity, ability to lead, and a strong business sense are a must for the General Manager Trainee position.

We aren't looking for the faint of heart, or those that just want a paycheck.

This is for those with management experience, a true desire to ultimately have P&L responsibility and earn what they are worth.

We are looking for strong leaders with at least 3 years of experience in a General Manager role and P&L responsibilities.

Compensation starts at $100,000/ year with an opportunity to grow your income to well over 130,000 within two years. Advancement is based on performance not time worked within the company. (The General Manager Trainee position has a pay scale that consists of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of between 33.77 and 41.28.)
Hours: Monday - Friday 45 hours a week
Training will include 9 months - 1 year of learning and fully understanding the Service Writer position before moving into more extensive managerial training.
