Pay: $997.50/week. (The Clerical / Administrative Associate position has a pay scale that consists of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation range of 21 to 25.)

Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, with a 30 minute lunch

Example Responsibilities of the Clerical / Administrative Associate:
**Experience in the following areas is a plus but NOT REQURED:

Computerized check writing
Time Card handling
Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting to Manager & Corporate
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Audit Compliance of Clerical Paperwork
Answering customer phone calls
Greeting customers in store

Requirements for the Clerical / Admin Associate position:

Computer/Typing Abilities
Polished telephone and email abilities
Customer Service
Bilingual in Spanish (a plus, but not mandatory)
Hard Working
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and shift gears quickly
Complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy
Confident self-starter who works well independently
Takes initiative and able to receive feedback while working as part of a team
