Job description
This job will require a variety of cleaning activities at multiple properties including, but not limited to dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens. Other responsibilities include ensuring all areas are maintained in an organized manner, stocked with essential supplies, gathering/disposing of garbage, and notifying us of any damages or necessary repairs needed. Each property will have a similar routine, but vary in size & layout.
Seeking someone who is able to manage time efficiently, access to reliable transportation to get from place to place, works well unsupervised, trustworthy, consistent and able to handle basic cleanings listed above. Most days may require climbing stairs, as well as carrying supplies up & down.
Ideally need someone 5 days a week for full-time position. Anywhere between 30-40 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting, making beds, etc
• Inspect all rooms and ensure they meet high standards
• Report any damages to the rooms
• Respond to requests and/or complaints with professionalism and patience
