We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring project timelines are met, and ensuring quality standards are upheld. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Duties:
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Utilize project management software to track project milestones and communicate with team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- P.E preferred
