G&A Partners' client is currently seeking a Sr Applications Integration Manager to join its team in Houston, TX.

The Sr. Applications Integration Manager will serve a vital role in developing and maintaining business systems solutions/applications to meet business requirements and improve efficiency. This position will report directly to the VP, of Quality Compliance and will collaborate extensively with other department leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions for integrating applications across the organization.
• Support existing applications and research potential integration requirements for enhancements through design, coding, and modifying specifications.
• Conduct a detailed analysis of functional and technical requirements needed to create specifications.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose and implement solutions to enhance data quality.
• Remain current on industry standards, trends, and technologies.
• Ability to create data-flow mapping and analysis.
• Troubleshoot and develop solutions to implementation problems.
• Oversee 3rd -party IT support firm and guarantee systems integrities are safeguarded and maintained.
• Overseeing data integrity analyst to ensure complete and clean data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in related positions.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from a leading academic institution.
• Knowledge of EAI, API, Data Flow Analysis
• Must demonstrate a great attitude and be a team player.
• Strong organizational skills that can contribute to a positive team environment.
• Possess a high attention to detail while also being able to think conceptually.
• Must be able to travel between BTE locations 30% of the time.
