G A Partners is Hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Near Deep Ellum, TX

G&A Partners' client is currently seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join its team in Dallas,TX. To own and manage the company’s forecasting process, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects .
Responsibilities
- Enhance, manage, and maintain the Company’s financial model
- Manage budget, create and maintain additional revenue and expense forecasting models
- Provide weekly KPI reporting to executive team
- Forecast monthly bookings, revenue, EBIDTA, cost, variance and trend analysis
- Prepare quarterly financial package to Board of Directors
- Liaise with the Company’s CPA firm in the preparation of monthly close, financial statements and tax returns
- Special Projects may include participating in fundraising presentations, contributing to the review of customer financial records in partnership with the Diligence and Onboarding teams, and review/analyze capital structures to understand/surface potential client compliance issues
Qualifications
- MBA/CPA
- 10 years of work experience in finance or accounting
- Advanced financial modelling and working capital planning skills
- Communication skills: Strong written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to effectively formulate and articulate opinions persuasively
- Technical skills: Ability to understand and develop financial models for companies and private equity funds (e.g., project finance models, valuation models, fund cash flow models)
- Analytical and critical thinking: Ability to identify and articulate key investment considerations and risks. Ability to constructively review and critique other team members’ work, and willingness to receive and respect alternate points of view
- High level of intellectual curiosity
- Self-starter with strong initiative
- Organizational and time-management skills; attention to detail
- Passion for impact investing and understanding of the Opportunity Zone industry is a plus.
