The aim of this position is to facilitate innovative research at Antolin through a comprehensive safety program which promotes the health and safety of staff, hourly, and visitors.
The role must maintain and adhere to the TS-16949 and ISO 14001 / ISO 18001 requirements.
Essential Functions of Role :
Coordinate and facilitate meetings and activities of the joint Health and Safety Committee.
weekly, monthly, and annually. (Examples : storm water permit, BMP, Non-contact water permit, and renewable operating permit, air emissions).
Update documents to remain current with latest requirements / legislation.
Provide guidance in the new installation, rebalancing, or development stages of all current program as well as pending to include the manufacturing process equipment.
Conduct JSAs to guide in the creation, updates to work instructions, processes which may include ergonomic assessments, PPE assessments, etc.
Administer Worker’s Compensation programs. Authorize injury treatment, as needed. Compile open WC issues with appropriate action plan.
Follows all WC cases with appropriate tracking and record keeping. Monitor all accident investigations. Report findings in the monthly and annual reporting systems.
