Our Physical Therapy clinic is growing and we are searching for a Receptionist/physical therapy aide for our team.

This role provides for the opportunity to interact with patients and clinicians as we strive to deliver an excellent therapeutic experience to each patient that we encounter.

```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

-Assist Physical therapists and physical therapy assistants with streamlining their work

-Assist treating patients under the guidance of physical therapists or physical therapy assistants with exercise routines and wellness modalities of the clinic.

-verify insurance benefits and handle communication between insurance and medical offices.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience as a receptionist required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate phone systems and other office equipment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently

-Previous experience at physical therapy office is a plus but not needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
