FXCollaborative is seeking a Director of Design Technology to lead efforts in the continuous digital transformation of our practice. The Director of Design Technology provides leadership and guidance on the firm’s overall design technology strategy including BIM & Project Delivery, Modeling & Visualization, Computation & Analysis, and Data Integration. Working closely with firm leadership, IT, and technology champions, the Director is responsible for outlining the company's design technology roadmap, implementing and supporting technology strategies, developing policies and standards, and ensuring that the technological resources are aligned with the firm's business needs. In addition, the Director provides strategy for internal and external messaging and advises project teams on policy and workflows.
