Job Title: Christian School Teacher

Job Overview: A Christian School Teacher plays a vital role in providing a faith-based education to students within a Christian school setting. This role involves integrating Christian principles into the curriculum, fostering spiritual development, and creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

The teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality education while instilling Christian values, ethics, and beliefs in students.

Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development:

  • ·Develop and implement a curriculum that integrates Christian values into various subjects.
  • Plan lessons that align with the school's Christian educational philosophy.

2. Spiritual Development:

  • Foster a Christian learning environment that encourages spiritual growth and character development.
  • Lead daily prayers, devotionals, or discussions on biblical principles.

3. Subject Instructions:

  • Teach core subjects, such as English, mathematics, science, and social studies, incorporating Christian values into lessons.
  • Relate academic content to biblical principles and Christian worldview.

4. Bible Studies:

  • Conduct Bible studies or scripture lessons that deepen students' understanding of the Bible.
  • Encourage discussions on Christian values and their application in daily life.

5. Character Education

  • Emphasize character education by promoting virtues such as kindness, honesty, and compassion.
  • Model Christian behavior and guide students in demonstrating these qualities.

6. Individualized Attention:

  • Provide individualized attention and support to students with varying learning needs.
  • Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

7. Chapel Services:

  • Participate in or organize chapel services, fostering a sense of community and spiritual unity among students.

8. Parent Communication:

Requirements:
