Shift Leaders serve an important role in our restaurants because they help uphold employees to consistent standards of behavior. Their role is to provide managerial support when the Store Manager or other business leader isn’t available on-site. Shift Leaders must directly interface with Guests for at least 20% of their time.

Job duties include but not limited to:

• Assign tasks to staff.
• Supervise staff throughout the shift.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Order more inventory as needed.
• Ensure that enough staff members are present for the shift.
• Balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
• Manage bookings.
• Resolve conflict between staff members.
• Receive feedback from customers and resolve any complaints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
