The Director, eCommerce will lead a team of eCommerce Account Managers and Coordinators, Marketing

Managers, Graphic Artists, and Customer Service Representatives with the goal of delivering a profitable,

premium direct to consumer relationship on behalf of our clients with engaging marketing plans and

campaigns, innovative and flawless product launches, and stores compliant with evolving state and federal

rules and regulations. This leader has a proven track record of working effectively with internal teams to

accomplish common goals for their Clients and can maintain a macro viewpoint while caring greatly for

details and processes.

The successful Director, eCommerce will deliver outstanding results directly (responsibilities) and through

others (accountabilities):

• Responsible for maintaining department budget
• Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring department best practices and processes
• Responsible for providing formal and informal guidance and coaching and performance management to team to ensure their success
• Responsible for conducting the department's strategy and tracking meetings
• Accountable for the creation of robust marketing plans for clients
• Accountable for the proper configuration and setup of each client store
• Accountable for the proper configuration and setup of each client product
• Accountable for the accurate capturing of client expenses for settlements
• Accountable for the compliance of stores with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience with eCommerce and/or Digital Marketing, preferably in an agency setting
• 1-3 years experience of team management
• Experience developing and executing multi-quarter digital marketing plans centered around product
• launches.
• Experience in developing and leveraging appropriate social media channels
• Expertise in Order Management Systems (e.g., Shopify, Big Commerce)
• History of providing excellent Customer Service
• Kind, Helpful, Servant hearted
