Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and providing guidance to students in various subjects. Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and instructional materials - Conduct classroom lectures, discussions, and demonstrations - Provide hands-on training and practical exercises - Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback - Create and administer quizzes, exams, and assignments - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment - Utilize technology platforms such as Blackboard for course management - Supervise student research projects and provide guidance - Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of study Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in the relevant field (Master's degree preferred) - Experience working in a laboratory or clinical research setting - Strong knowledge of physiology, acute care, pediatrics, or other relevant subjects - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively supervise and mentor students - Familiarity with educational technology tools such as Blackboard or similar platforms Note: All positions at our institution are paid positions, including internships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.86 - $29.51 per hour
