Litigation Attorney - Full Time

Location: Phoenix, , AZ, 85004

What you will be doing:

• Partaking in civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, taking depositions and arguing motions.

• Working on cases involving class action, product liability, medical malpractice and commercial litigation.

• Collaborating with your team to manage and try cases around the country.

• Traveling a few days per month and for trials as needed.

• Participating in a supportive, inclusive, and diverse work environment.

Experience you will need:

• At least 2 to 4 years of experience in civil litigation.

• J.D. from an ABA-approved law school.

• Member in good standing of the State Bar of Arizona or other states.

• Strong academic credentials.

• Willingness to travel for trials and other needs.

• Proven self-motivation and time management skills.

• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment.
