Responsibilities

Create S9100 TPS (Test Program Sets)

• Electrical and Mechanical design of S9100 ITA (Interface Test Assembly)
• Test Program Software using TPSCS (Test Program Software Converter Studio)

Data/Yield analysis and design fixes. Successfully analyze and interpret test data results. Isolate root cause of CCA production issue using available tools on S9100 and MS office.

Production Support of VLS products.

S9100 ATE and TPS (Test Program Set) maintenance and upkeep.

Qualifications

Teradyne S9100 Hardware and Software Development experience.

C or C in MS visual studio environment.

S9100 Test Suite – AI760, Digital Instruments, Bus Test, HSS, Test Studio and Test Studio Convertor.

JTAG Boundary Scan software

S9100 ATE measurement instruments programming and operation.

Teradyne instruments:

• AI760 (Analog Instrument),
• BTI (Bus Test Instrument),
• SCPM (Switch Controlled Programmable Matrix),
• HSS (High Speed Subsystem),
• Digital Instruments.

Other:

• Agilent Power Supplies,
• Keysite Power Supplies
• Keysite Programmable Load,
• Keysite Fiber Optic Instruments,
• Keithley Source Meter.
• Cirris HiPOT.

Xilinx based FPGA/Controller design.

NAVSEA Technical drawings and schematics

CCA (Circuit Card Assembly) Analog and Digital circuit design experience.

Proficient with electrical measurement equipment, meters, oscilloscopes and data analyzers.
