Future Scholars Learning Academy is Hiring an Experienced Early Child Care Program Administrator Near Columbus, OH

We are Future Scholars Learning Academy, Premiere Early Childhood Learning Program here in Columbus Ohio. We are Expanding and looking to Increase our Administrative Team to Maximize our Programs Systems and Processes.

Our Ideal Leadership Team member should have 5 years experience in a Leadership Role. Ideal roles would be; Managing a center based child care program or K-12 program as a Director, Asst Director, Administrator, Asst Administrator or Management in a similar business or similar role.

We are looking for a Special Team member that is looking for a change or desires to Grow professionally and loves to effectively facilitate the Growth and Development of others.

Must have a AA, or BS in ECE or a Related field such as Social work, Business, Psychology, etc.

We are Looking for a Strong Team Leader that can inspire and motivate others to work toward the success of our overall company’s goals, mission, and vision. Keeping overall priority to move the needle forward to provide for the best outcomes and reach our companies goals.

-Can regularly Identify and Reward High performers driving Momentum and Morale.

-Can regularly identify poor performers, provide necessary guidance and terminate if improvements aren’t made or terminate on spot if necessary following companies discipline policy.

-Can Hire onboard and Train New Candidates successfully.

-Comfortable and Confident in compliance and managing every aspect of the overall daily operations of FSLA Program.

-Comfortable and Confident in day to day staff management of up to 5-10 employees.

-Comfortable with staff meetings discussing policies and performance on an ongoing basis.

-Has strong mentorship, coaching , and modeling skills.

-Has proven experience in identifying and turning around under performing areas in an organization to increase the performance and profits of the program.

-Has proven experience in developing and maintaining strong family and community relationships along with maintaining enrollments at a high level.

-Comfortable Meeting and communicating center policies with parents regarding their children.

-Has proven experience in maintaining strong positive working relationships with early education partnerships, agency’s and governing bodies including but not limited to Cdcfc, Early Start Columbus, Action for children, OCCRRA,ODE, Cacfp, Odjfs, Fire and Health.

-Strong Passion for Childrens Growth and Development with a Focus on Kindergarten Readiness and Beyond.

-Can facilitate high standards of system implementation pertaining to licensing,accreditation,accountability,curriculum planning and implementation, professional development, partnerships, classroom management, family and staff relations, tuition and fees, program planning.

-Stays up to date on National and local High quality trends for possible implementation and improvements in the program.

-Must be in agreement with Job requirements and being held accountable to perform at a high level by evidence of achieving results, satisfactory evaluations, satisfactory licensing, satisfactory partnerships, high enrollments.

-Must be in agreement of having regular meetings with and turning in daily/weekly/monthly/Quarterly/Biannual and Annual reports to companies Executive Director.

Must have a Growth Mindset, be able to receive instruction, be a contributor as well as a Life Long Learner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,500.00 - $41,000.00 per year
