Future Project is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Passaic, NJ

Future Project is a Supports service organization that is seeking to hire a series of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Behavior Technicians to work with adults with developmental disabilities and their families. Applicants can make their own hours by working with the individuals and their families.

Requirements:

· BCBA Certification

· Experience in ABA instruction, techniques and graphing procedures.

· Ability to lead and instruct Technicians.

· Interview family members of the individual to develop a plan and obtain preliminary information.

· Analyze available data to determine where, when, and why problem behaviors occur.

· Directly observe the individual served in all home/community-based settings.

· Record all case notes.

· Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
