```Duties```

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for Toddler children

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow

- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities

- Use effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior and a productive learning environment

- Assess and monitor the progress of each child, providing individualized attention and support as needed

- Collaborate with parents and other staff members to ensure the well-being and development of each child

- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

```Qualifications```

-, CDA, Associates dergree in ECE or a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred

- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting

- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members

- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play

- Excellent classroom management skills to create a positive and structured learning environment

- Knowledge of physical education activities suitable for young children's development
