Futbol Fever is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Youth Event Coach to join our team and lead engaging activities, drills, and games during youth birthday parties hosted at our indoor soccer facility.
As a Youth Event Coach, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for young soccer enthusiasts. If you have a passion for working with kids, a strong soccer background, and the ability to inspire and entertain, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate age-appropriate soccer drills, games, and activities for youth birthday parties.
- Create a fun and engaging environment that promotes skill development and sportsmanship.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities.
- Adapt coaching methods to suit the needs and skill levels of participants.
- Provide positive encouragement and feedback to participants to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with parents and party hosts to ensure a seamless and enjoyable event.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is set up appropriately for each event.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating the flow of the party schedule.
- Uphold the values and reputation of Futbol Fever as a leading indoor soccer facility.
