About the Job:
$500 Sign-On-Bonus. Fuss Free AC is seeking one HVAC Service Technician and one HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform service repairs and maintenance to a variety of HVAC equipment for residential customers in St. Johns, FL, and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 10 years of Residential HVAC experience.

We Offer:
- Great pay based on experience, our top guys earn $22, $28, and $30 per hour.

- $500 sign-on bonus will be paid in two paychecks after 90 days and after 180 days of employment.
Key Duties:
- Service, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers.
- Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of the AC systems.
- Conduct all HVACR jobs in a prompt and professional manner.
- Perform routine HVACR service or maintenance activities without direct oversight or on-site assistance.
- Travel to job sites in a service area and work with dispatch to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers.
Qualifications:
- Must read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Valid social security number.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- EPA Certification is required.
- OSHA 10 certification, is preferred but not required.
Physical/Work Environment Requirements:
- Must be able to lift heavy objects to 50 lbs.
- Be able to bend/stoop, squat/crouch, climb, kneel, and twist.
- Must be able to climb ladders, work both inside and outside, and around moving equipment safely.
