As a Field Technician, you should have a working knowledge of desktop operating systems and a drive to deliver the best possible experience to our clients.
You’ll be troubleshooting Windows 10 / 11, MacOS, desktop hardware, server hardware, and office networks including switches and wireless access points.
Throughout the day you’ll be translating technology to end users that aren’t always technical, so communication skills are paramount in this role.
If you’re looking for an opportunity to help end users work through their technology challenges while learning new things in the process, this might be the perfect position for you.
Here’s what you’ll be doing :
You’ll primarily be focused on desktop and laptop support, including break / fix issues, application installation and configuration, and user level settings.
You’ll also be involved in hardware deployments, hardware troubleshooting, and network connectivity troubleshooting.
