Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team in Allentown, PA. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping businesses find their perfect workspace solution and possess a strong background in sales, customer service, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct tours of our workspace facilities, highlighting the features and benefits tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and campaigns.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate, coworking spaces, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
