10:00am-4:00pm EVERY weekend. (12 hours per weekend)

Communication is a must! If you cannot make it to work or need a day off, you need to communicate that; things happen and taking a day off is not a big deal but it needs to be communicated in advance; it is not the employers job to track you down.
