The Operations Leader is responsible for:

• Building a performance driven environment
• Managing P&L quarterly and striving to meet sales goals through effective management of cost of goods and labor.
• Hiring and maintaining the training of your store’s service, culinary, and leadership teams
• Directing the daily operations of a quick-service restaurant
• Ensuring that food safety, cleanliness, and quality assurance standards

Operation Leader is generally a full time opportunity and offer excellent benefits.
