Our company is seeking an Assistant Manager who has extensive experience in restaurant operations and can help maintain the company standards. The successful candidate will work directly with our experienced Manager and will be able to step in at a moment's notice to supervise a shift. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and who will play a critical role in maintaining quality control and order accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Deal with difficult customers.
• Answer customer service phone calls.
• Train new employees.
• Use spreadsheets and word processing programs.
• Document deals and data.
• Manage a team of people.
• Handle inventory and merchandise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
