Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our kitchen team. As a Shift Leader, you will be the right hand to the Executive Chef/Manager, helping with many aspects of the kitchen and running the restaurant.

Duties:
- Opening and closing the restaurant and daily cash drawer. (Toast POS System Experience a plus!)
- Help Chef create product orders and accept deliveries. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
- Help prep food and ensure that all items are prepared according to recipes and quality standards.

- Help train new employees on job duties, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive experience for all guests.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in inventory and ordering procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
