Machine Operator Job Description:
A. To perform manufacturing operations in a manner to meet or exceed the company established production standards for the particular job to which the employee is assigned.
B. To remain attentive to the job to which the employee is assigned which includes:
1. Remain at the work station unless relieved by an authorized employee or unless assigned job requires the employee to move between work stations.
2. Watching molds so parts are not closed in and the sprue is not stringing causing build up on mold.
3. Loading inserts properly if required.
4. Trim flash and snip gates properly.
5. Print, Assemble, Sort, Drill, or Gauge parts as required.
6. Other duties as assigned.
The Machine Operator will work 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm OT
Machine Operator starting Pay rate is $17.00 an hour
