With roles open in Austin, TX (HQ) and remote, we are growing fast and would love to consider you for our team!Job Overview: As the Analytics Solutions Architect at Furnished Finder, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data, generating insights, and ensuring the integrity and quality of our data assets. You will conduct data analysis and provide insights to stakeholders across the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring data quality, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data governance best practices to maintain the accuracy and reliability of our data.Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain data martsin Snowflake to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Develop and optimize ETL processes using Fivetran, dbt, and other tools to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key metrics and KPIs for various business functions.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for different business areas.
- Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
- Implement data governance best practices to maintain data integrity and quality standards.
- Identify data anomalies, inconsistencies, and errors, and work with relevant teams to address them.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to data quality standards, processes, and procedures.
- Improve data quality processes and implement automation where applicable.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Experience with data governance principles and practices is a plus.
