Job Summary:
The person filling this position will build and manage Enrollment Services systems. He or she will work cooperatively with staff in Admissions, Bursar, Financial Aid, Enrollment Services, Registrar, the academic administration, Information Technology Services, and all other offices on campus to create, maintain, and maximize utilization of systems supporting the enrollment enterprise university-wide.
Job Description:

• Serves as the primary driver to establish and maintain systems in Enrollment Services.
• Develops and maintains the Enrollment Services web site and provides assistance and support for Admissions and Tuition & Aid sections of furman.edu. Provides a first response to concerns stemming from systems supporting all aspects of Enrollment Management.
• Escalates unresolved concerns appropriately to Enrollment Management leadership and Information Technology Services staff.
• Leads efforts to design, create, and maintain required functionality in core web-based applications (PowerFAIDS, Scholarship Universe, Salesforce, Slate and Workday) for Enrollment Services.
• Coordinates the audit of university degree requirements and communicate results to appropriate students, faculty, and staff in a timely fashion.
• Assists with design and facilitates building of Student Employment processes in conjunction with Financial Aid, Human Resources, International Student Services and Payroll.
• Manages the enrollment data warehouse in cooperation with Information Technology Services staff.
• Manages physical upkeep and technology of classroom facilities in consultation with Facilities Services and Information Technology Services.
• Acts as functional administrator for 25Live, Furman's campus event management software.
• Maintain accounts and system defaults, train users, provide product support, monitor interface with student information system, and communicate with the software vendor.
• Functions as administrator for Acalog, Furman's catalog maintenance software, and primary contact with software vendor.
• Provides functional and technical support for Starfish, Furman's student success software.
• Acts as the primary contact with the software vendor for any issues that need to be escalated.
• Works with Information Technology Services staff to maintain data integrity.
• Writes queries, runs processes, and loads data to support a variety of functions in Enrollment Management.
• Identifies operational areas where the application of technology could enhance service or maximize efficiency and researches options for implementation.
• Actively pursues appropriate professional development opportunities.
• Completes other projects as assigned by the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Services and University Registrar.
