Furman Dental is Hiring an Associate Dentist Near Hendersonville, NC

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our well-established dental practice. We strive to provide quality dental care for our patients, and are seeking an experienced dentist dedicated to providing patients this same care. We are looking for a collaborative individual that complements our amazing team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. As our practice continues to grow, we identified a need to expand to support our patient’s needs and are looking for an associate to work alongside the existing dentist.

About our practice:

We are a small, privately-owned, community practice that prides ourselves on providing comprehensive, personal care. We have a dynamic team and are continually working to maintain our supportive, fun work environment. We see the benefits of expanding to add an associate at this time, but also want to maintain our small, personal feel, office team dynamics, and practice philosophy through this transition.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns, to the extent you are comfortable. Mentoring available by current dentist or external sources as appropriate to increase proficiency.
  • Conduct routine dental examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and develop treatment plans
  • Educate patients on oral health care and preventive measures
  • Maintain accurate patient records using dental office systems (Eaglesoft)
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and standards
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members to deliver comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

  • License to practice dentistry in the state of North Carolina
  • Graduated from an accredited school of dentistry with a DMD or DDS degree
  • 2 plus years of experience preferred

Pay: $125,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
