Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Veterinary Technician at FurlifeVets in Delray Beach, FL. The Veterinary Technician will be responsible for performing animal care duties, utilizing veterinary technology, providing client education, assisting with anesthesiology, and ensuring proper pet care.
Qualifications
- Veterinary Technology, Animal Care, and Pet Care skills
- Experience in client education and providing information about pet healthcare
- Knowledge of anesthesiology procedures and techniques
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:
- Previous experience as a Veterinary Technician or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Passionate about animal welfare
- Certification or licensure as a Veterinary Technician
- Proof of Fear Free Certified Professional is a plus.
