Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible Key Holder to join our team. As a Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility during opening and closing hours. In addition, you will work as part of our floor team to deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Open and close the facility according to scheduled hours of operation.
• Ensure all areas of the facility are clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff.
• Supervise staff members during assigned shifts, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Handle urgent customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform cash handling duties, including opening and closing registers and preparing daily deposits.
• Work as part of the floor team to assist guests, operate attractions, and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-Year experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures and POS systems is desirable.
