Overview
The Manager, Integrated Marketing is a critical role within the overall Funko Marketing function, responsible for developing, leading and executing integrated marketing campaigns and high visibility brand marketing initiatives that build Funko’s brand awareness, brand distinction, and drive increased consideration for the brand overall.
A marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, the Manager, Integrated Marketing will serve as the strategic lead for major marketing campaigns and activations, leading plans from ideation through execution and working closely with marketing channel leads to develop thoughtfully crafted, consumer-centric tactics that align to the larger campaign objective.An eye for detail and the ability to navigate complex business environments, this role will be responsible for establishing aggressive timelines and workback schedules, holding teams and peers accountable for on time deliverables, and executing with well-timed, speed-to-market plans that capitalize on key consumer moments and/or to align to key business objectives.Comfortable planning quick turn/speed-to-market activations as well as more standard go-to-market campaigns with longer lead times, this role will assist in bringing a multitude of programs to life for the brand.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the ideation, planning and execution of Funko’s Integrated Marketing plans for key brand initiatives, campaigns and/or critical brand moments; serving as the program owner/lead and holding teams accountable for on time deliverables
- Push boundaries by testing strategic and innovative go-to-market strategies, brining innovation and disruption to the forefront of our plans and activations
- Craft thoughtful and compelling campaign briefs and lead cross-functional Marketing and Creative teams in the development of conceptual, content and creative assets
- Create intuitive and scalable campaign plans that communicate strategy and activations to a range of audience, from leadership to individual contributors.
- Assist in establishing and optimizing scalable processes to streamline the cross-functional planning process, inputs, milestones and deliverables.
- Establish campaign KPIs and lead post-mortems across functions to drive ongoing improvements and efficiencies.
- Partner across enterprise brands (Mondo and loungefly) to drive cohesion where appropriate, breaking down planning silos and collaborating as warranted
- Manages agency partners as needed to strategize, concept, plan and/or execute programs
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Bring
- 5-7 years of Marketing experience
- Vast knowledge of integrated marketing best practices, with a willingness to share/lead/implement best practices across functions
- Tapped into pop-culture and fandoms with an in-depth understanding of consumer affinities across film/television, music, sports, anime, etc.
- Natural collaborator an communicator, able to lead through influence
- Skilled storyteller with a strong understanding of full funnel marketing tactics and channels that deliver the story to the consumer
- Experience in understanding and utilizing consumer insights, sales metrics, pop culture, consumer trends and other inputs to inform briefs
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.Can present strategy and plans catered to various audiences of both internal and external stakeholders
- BS in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations or equivalent experience
- Interest and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where change is constant and evolution a part of our core DNA

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $73,000 - 93,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location
