Fund&Grow has been building capital for small businesses since 2007. We are looking to add to our Sales Team!

The primary goal of the Sales Representative is to make sales! To be successful in this position, the incumbent must be motivated to make over 100 calls per day to re-engage leads, have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, handle accurate notes with a good attention to detail, and have the ability to stay organized with persistent follow up.

Job Duties Include:

• Call leads to re-engage them in the buying process.
• Set appointments with leads and follow through on scheduled calls.
• Submit credit pre-qualifications and analyze the data with the goal of setting/managing the leads' expectations.
• Help improve brand awareness and social media presence in cooperation with the marketing department.
• Enter detailed notes in our Client Relationship Management System.
• Utilize Windows based programs, such as Outlook and Excel.
• General customer service, including problem solving, analyzing data, providing solutions, etc.

Needed Skills/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years' experience in inbound/outbound sales role.
• Self-motivated.
• Detail Oriented.
• Ability to move from one task to another with efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency with computers.
• Availability to work up-to 45 hours per week depending on demand.
• Financial services experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to easily navigate sales objections

• Base hourly rate of $13.00 PLUS commission. Averaging $100,000 per year in hourly plus commissions.
