Functional Pathways is currently hiring in the Greater Knoxville Area for a Full-time Physical Therapist
to provide acute care services through our Medically Home program

Medically Home will provide in-home therapy to hospital level, acute care patients in their home and is run through a command center utilizing a hospitalist and a dynamic support team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. If foreign-trained, the program must be deemed substantially equivalent to a Physical Therapist entry-level education in the U.S. by a credentials evaluation organization approved by the APTA.
Active state license required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
Active CPR certification.
Annual physical and TB skin test required.
