A therapy aide at FUNctionabilities cannot wait to help our amazing therapists be efficient as they change the lives of children and families in our community. Our therapy aide is responsible for maintaining a clean gym, helping the therapists with notes, helping to set up / take down activities, and making sure therapy runs smoothly. They are anxious to learn, love to work with our team, and want to give children and our company their best. They like constructive criticism because it helps them become better. They believe in our mission, team objective, and core values, and live by them as they learn to work harder to become an integral part of our team.
