Funcity Adventure Park in Millville, NJ is looking for one assistant manager to join our 61 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities
*Train, coach, and develop employees *Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up *Hold team accountable for their performance *Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service *Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs *ProvideQualifications
- *Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers *Possess a positive attitude and ethics *Ability to manage a fast-paced and high-volume environment *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize *Previous management experience is preferred.
