The Server is directly responsible for customer service in the dining room and in tables in the bar area. The server is the “face” of the restaurant to these customers and must have a professional appearance, and an engaging personality. The server must treat each guest courteously, and work quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude, while following our teamwork philosophy. The qualified candidate will have an outgoing personality and will be able to WOW our guests each shift. This role requires suggestive selling and creating an upbeat atmosphere for the guest. The server is responsible for order entry, order delivery, and identify any issues during the guest experience. The server also assists with cleaning tables, transporting dishware to the kitchen and doing assigned side work. This position requires the fast-paced mobility on one’s feet for periods of 4 hours or more while maintaining a high energy level and upbeat attitude. Basic math skills with excellent reading, writing and verbal communication skills are required. Previous service experience at a full-service restaurant or sport bar environment is required. Servers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements.
