Server

Duties:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Answer customer questions about the menu and make recommendations
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate as necessary
- Sanitize tables, chairs, menus, and other dining area surfaces regularly

Skills:
- Proficient in using OpenTable or similar reservation software
- Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and food preparation processes
- Ability to upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance the dining experience
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Willingness to help coworkers and contribute to a positive team environment
- Strong basic math skills for handling payments, making change, and calculating tips
- Culinary knowledge to answer customer questions about ingredients or dietary restrictions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
